Is the operator included?
Yes. Every machine is hired with a trained operator. Need a second shift or extra hours? Tell us and we include it in the quote.
What is the shortest hire?
One day. Weekly and monthly hire cost less per day, and long-term contracts get the best rate.
Who pays for fuel and transport?
It depends on the job and location. Your quote lists clearly what is included — fuel, transport to site and attachments.
What if a machine breaks down?
Call or WhatsApp us any time. We fix it on site or replace the machine as fast as possible.
Do you give a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every hire gets a UAE VAT tax invoice from Buraq Alliance LLC.
How do I confirm a booking?
Accept the quote and send your LPO, or confirm on WhatsApp. We then book the machine and operator for your dates.
How long is the free trial?
14 days with every feature, no card needed — 30 days if you sign up with a partner code. If you used the app and need more time, you can add 7 more days once.
What does it cost after the trial?
AED 149 a month or AED 1,499 a year (2 months free). This is a launch price — you keep it for as long as you stay subscribed.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. You keep working offline and everything syncs to the cloud when you are back online.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Give each person their own login with only the screens and actions they need.
Is it ready for UAE VAT?
